The organiser and Brugge Plus respect the privacy of the users of its website. Collecting personal details from this website, and using these is in compliance with the provisions of the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy.

1. Registration of personal details

Visitors to this website can register via the site, where the following types of data can be processed:

2. Use of data for internal purposes

The organiser or Brugge Plus can use the collected personal data for multiple processing purposes, such as handling the orders of tickets, keeping the public informed of any changes to the programme, sending newsletters, statistical studies, work schedules and combating fraud and violations.

Users can oppose this practice at any time.  This right to opposition may be exercised by sending a letter with a copy of your identity card to the person in charge of data registration at Brugge Plus vzw, Wollestraat 53, 8000 Brugge or the organiser himself (for contact details, see main website). You will then receive a printout of the data that are kept about you. With each communication by e-mail, we give you the opportunity to opt out of future electronic communication.

3. Passing on data to third parties

The information you provided will be made available to the registered person himself, the judiciary and police and the organiser of the event for which you booked and/or bought the tickets.

4. Inspection and correction of data

The user or subscriber has the right to inspect the registered personal data, and correct it, if necessary. You do this by sending a letter with a copy of your identity card to the person in charge of data registration at Brugge Plus vzw, Wollestraat 53, 8000 Brugge. You will be sent a printout of the information held about you by Brugge Plus vzw.

5. Cookies

With each internet visit, Brugge Plus vzw places cookies on the visitor's computer.
